BAOC Wednesday Training (2011-12-07)

Tired after hilltraining on tuesday. To 5 it would have been better to go by the road further south and to avoid the hill. 7 I went in to soon, to 9 I did not check compass on the road. Always check compass! Rest ok, but tired. 1:09 with winning time 44.
